Oh, hello!
I'm Amanda, a designer and artist originally from Australia, now based in New York. I started Hello Casa as my creative outlet—a space to draw playfully and create art just for the joy of it. I draw what I love, from dinner parties at home to unforgettable meals in Italy (that I'm still thinking about), the beauty of simple moments, and everything colourful in between. I hope you enjoy! :)

Pasta Night in Brooklyn
My mum is the ultimate Italian host. Some of my earliest memories are of my parents entertaining friends and family for dinner parties and countless birthday celebrations. Inspired by these traditions, I decided to host a pasta-making dinner party with my friends at my Brooklyn apartment. To make the night special, I drew my very first illustration—a handmade invitation to my home.
I had so much fun drawing this—it felt like reliving my favorite memories. It reminded me how much I love creating for the joy of it and sparked the idea for Hello Casa.

The Heart of Home
I named my brand Hello Casa to capture the warmth and connection of home. "Hello" begins the start of every interaction—open, inviting, and friendly—much like a conversation with a good friend. "Casa," meaning home in Italian, reflects my cultural ties to Italy, my forever home in Australia, and the new sense of belonging I've discovered in New York.
Together, the name captures the feeling of being welcomed, whether at a dinner party, family gathering, or catching up with loved ones—a mix of all the places and moments that feel like home to me.
